Ethiopian Football Federation apologizes to Ethiopian people over Africa Cup of Nations

The head coach of the Ethiopian national football team, Wobetu Abate, and the secretary general of the Ethiopian Football Federation, Bahru Tilahun, today gave a press statement regarding Ethiopia's stay in Cameroon.

"I apologize to the Ethiopian people for not doing as well as we had planned," said Bahir Tilahun, secretary general of the federation.

He added: "We respect the coach's contract and we believe he will continue with us until the end of the contract."
